Why "Weaving light" ?

Weaving Light is more than a yoga class; it’s a dedicated space to reconnect with your authentic self. My approach is founded on the belief that true well-being comes from integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Here, you are invited to turn within and cultivate the clarity, resilience, and presence that already exists inside you.
The wisdom of your body always comes first. It is not about perfect posture viewed from the outside. We start within, what works for your body here and now. You are invited to attune to your body and only from there embrace the posture.

FAQ's

Most frequent questions answered

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and holistic practice that combines movement and stillness, doing and being, expansion and contraction. This is experimented through all the tools provided by Hatha Yoga: from physical postures (asana) to specific breathwork (pranayama), from chanting to meditation, and more. The relaxation at the end of the session is part of the process.
Its primary aim is to awaken your inner energy to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and a deep connection to your intuition.

Absolutely. All classes are open to every level of experience, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. You will be guided through each step in a safe and supportive manner. The focus is on your personal experience, not on achieving perfect postures.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. For in-person classes, mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. For online sessions, you will just need a mat, a cushion to sit comfortably and a blanket for the relaxation. To be in a quiet space to practice is highly recommended.
